Born in Istanbul, Turkey. Following her education at Sankt Georg Austrian High School she graduated from the Department of Classical Archeology of Istanbul University. She first started painting mentored by painter Müreccel Küçükaksoy in 1986. She worked with famous artists like Atilla Tos, Kezban Arca Batıbeki for many years. She has still been painting at her own studio for the last 15 years, in Istanbul, Turkey.The artist, whose artworks has taken place in many collections in Turkey & abroad, had exhibited her artworks in 12 personal exhibitions, 20 multipersonal exhibitions, competitional exhibitions, Ankara Art Fair & Tüyap Art Fair.
After passing the periods of realist, surrealist, geometrical abstract & semi abstract painting, she has been working in abstract style for the last 2 years. In many artworks of the artist, the main theme is "music", maybe because of her family's artistic background. Especially the theme of "violin" is almost identical with Güzin Tangör.
