F. Neriman Şairoğlu was born in İstanbul. At 1993 she graduated from Fine Arts Faculty of Marmara University. After graduation ,she started for her master degree of fine arts in the same school. In 1996, she completed her studies with her thesis on “The Factors That Has Influenced Turkish Art Since The Foundation of The Republic”.
Between 1996 and 1998 she helped the establishment of Pur-Art Gallery and the following year she worked as the art consultant of this gallery. Since 1997, she has been teaching art in her own studio. She has realized 8 group exhibitions with her students.
